Eligibility Period

The Life and Disability benefits arevoluntary, which means that it is elective and paid for by employees. Employees may purchase voluntary Life and AD&D for spouses or children. These costs are based on a percentage determined by your age and/or income and are deducted post-tax with each bi-weekly payroll.

The age requirement for the plan is 21 and includes a discretionary company match after one year of full-time employment.
